Diabetes Outreach
North Peace Tribal Council Health Promotion in partnership with First Nations and Inuit Health and Alberta Health Services, are pleased to offer a Diabetes Outreach Workshop for the diabetic clients within our communities. The workshop will be a fun and interactive way to provide the participants the opportunity to gain knowledge about diabetes and living a healthy lifestyle. Information booths will also be set up so the service providers will have the opportunity to educate the clients about the programs and services that are provided in our area.

Transportation: Can be arranged through community health

Registrations can be competed with your local Primary Care Nurse, Community Health Nurse or Community Health Representative.
